Practice Area

I represent clients in pursuing and defending claims of trademark and trade dress infringement, unfair competition, dilution, counterfeiting, false endorsement and deceptive advertising. I also represent clients in the creative landscape in litigation matters arising from copyright infringement, licensing or purchase of copyright and work made for hire agreements.
